Many of my acquaintances describe me as a highly disciplined person, I differ, I believe that I’m a create of habit. While I do believe in my innate discipline, I believe that many of my practices becoming a core of my routine is what has driven me forward if life.

Yes, discipline is needed to build a new habit, but as time goes on, you’ll need less discipline and will power and, doing these things will become second nature to you to a point where NOT doing them will become foreign. This also means that you are what your habits dictate, so acquire the habits of the person you want to become, just don’t over do it.
